Summer Camp - Jamesway Interiors  (Page 1)
Pictured above was my room during the 07-08 Summer Season.  It was one of the better rooms I saw in Summer
Camp.  It must have been occupied by a carpenter at one time because it had solid interior walls and a door.  Some
rooms had blankets or curtains for walls and doors.

Though it isn't as convenient as living in the New Elevated Station, being assigned to Summer Camp wouldn't deter
me from returning to South Pole Station.  Summer Camp even had wireless internet access, a real plus in my book.
The room above was also in my Jamesway.  It is an end room with a window.  Notice the insulated
foil on the wall in the photo on the right.  It is covering a window to block out the 24-hour daylight in
the summer.  This Jamesway was warm and quiet.  The floors were cold, but not bad if you had
warm slippers.  In fact, they were about right to keep beer cold.  All rooms had a bed and a locker
for clothes.  Other furnishings (chair, desk, etc.) varied, at times affected by the size of the room.
